Subcontractor for TSL

As subcontractor for TSL, Larget is delivering a CSA steelwork package on the Data 4 Hanau campus. Scope includes design development and detailing, structural verification support where required, fabrication, delivery logistics and on-site installation of steel for façade interfaces, gantry areas, access platforms, walkways and goalposts. Works are executed with documented QA/QC and disciplined interface management to support programme timelines and handover on a fast-track, mission-critical build.

SDC FKQ B1

Subcontractor for Winthrop

As subcontractor for Winthrop, Larget supported selected MEP and CSA packages on SDC FKQ B1. Scope included the fabrication, delivery and installation of 75 drip trays for chillers, chiller positioning, vibration isolators, and directional separation curtains between chillers. Within CSA, we also supported the design, fabrication, delivery and installation of steel platforms between generator barriers, together with flood barriers and related supporting works.

WAW 04  Equinix

Subcontractor for Mercury

As subcontractor for Mercury, Larget delivered selected CSA and MEP support packages on WAW 04 Equinix. Scope included the design, fabrication and supply of canopies and air curtains between chillers to improve airflow control and cooling performance. Additional works covered mesh cages for transformer rooms, technical duct protection in switchgear rooms, a switchgear enclosure, and selected steel, acoustic-panel and sandwich-wall scopes, coordinated for safe installation, QA/QC and handover-ready delivery.

WAW 03.2  EdgeConnex

Subcontractor for Winthrop

As subcontractor for Winthrop, Larget delivered a full CSA package for Phases 2 and 3 of a Warsaw Data Centre refurbishment. Scope included design and supply of secondary steelwork for generator and Data Hall areas, installation of sandwich panels, ventilation louvres, mesh walls and slab reinforcements, plus fire-rated drywall partitions and fire stopping to hundreds of openings in existing and new walls. Works concluded with internal mesh partitions and rooftop separation zones, supported by documented QA/QC and handover records.

As subcontractor for Winthrop, Larget supported selected CSA and MEP packages on WAW 02.2 EdgeConnex. Scope included façade-related works and the installation of secondary steel structures in generator and Data Hall areas, together with ABB transformer enclosures, COWL wall penetrations and hundreds of fire-rated openings in sandwich panels. All works were coordinated with surrounding trades and executed to support programme timelines, quality control and handover-ready delivery.

PepsiCo

General Contractor | Poland

As General Contractor, Larget delivered a technical building within an active food production facility. Scope covered foundations, fabrication and installation of the steel structure, façade and roof works, entrance gates, the power connection and the full electrical package, including distribution, containment, lighting and earthing. Delivery was planned around live operational constraints, with documented QA/QC, controlled site execution and handover-ready outputs aligned to industrial safety and reliability requirements.

Globalworth

General Contractor | Poland

Larget delivered mezzanine modernisation works within the central section of Hala Koszyki, increasing leasable area inside a live heritage building. Scope included extension of the existing steel structure and modification of telecommunication and ventilation systems. Due to the conservation status of the building, all works were executed at night under supervision, with controlled sequencing, site coordination and execution planned to suit the operating constraints of the facility.

Subcontractor for Mercury | Holden

As subcontractor for Mercury | Holden, Larget delivered design documentation, structural calculations, supply and installation of steel frame structures for internal EI60 fire-rated doors. Scope included prefabrication and precise installation of structural elements adapted to door leaves weighing 90 to 150 kg, with execution aligned to project requirements, coordination needs and documented QA/QC.

IKEA  Warsaw | Targowek

General Contractor | Poland

Larget delivered structural and civil works inside an operating commercial facility in Warsaw. Scope included demolition and reconstruction of reinforced concrete slab sections, installation of steel structures, temporary fire-rated walls up to 14 metres high in the Promat system, a new concrete slab above the live store, sealing of expansion joints and installation of system floor joints. All works were executed at night using specialist indoor lifting equipment to maintain safe and uninterrupted operation.

Subcontractor for Winthrop

As subcontractor for Winthrop, Larget delivered leak-protection scope for cooling and generator plant areas on FRA 11 EdgeConnex. Works included installation of external drip trays beneath large cooling units, plus design, delivery and installation of internal drip trays below cooling equipment and process pipework. We also delivered mechanical containment solutions to control accidental spills of technological fluids from generator systems, supporting safe operation, clean interfaces and controlled maintenance access.

Subcontractor for Winthrop

As subcontractor for Winthrop, Larget delivered leak-protection scope for critical plant areas on FRA 10 EdgeConnex. Works included installation of external drip trays beneath large cooling units, plus design, supply and installation of internal drip trays below cooling equipment and process pipework. We also delivered mechanical containment solutions to prevent uncontrolled spills of process fluids from generator systems, supporting safe operation, clean interfaces, controlled response and handover-ready execution.

Subcontractor for Winthrop

As subcontractor for Winthrop, Larget delivered and installed drip tray systems in electrical rooms, providing coordinated support across design, prefabrication and site installation. As part of the same package, we also designed, supplied and installed a roof-level plant enclosure steelwork package for MEP installations. Works were delivered in line with our CSA Support model, with coordinated interfaces, documented QA/QC and execution aligned to quality, technical consistency and handover requirements.

Hutchinson

General Contractor | Poland

Delivered under a Design & Build model, the Hutchinson project included full technical documentation, administrative approvals and execution of a storage yard for production components. Scope covered development of the required design package, permit support in line with Polish construction law, construction of a multi-layer substructure and a reinforced concrete slab with a container guidance system. The project concluded with formal approvals, handover documentation and acceptance for use.

Polsat TV

General Contractor  | Poland

Larget delivered structural reinforcement works to the helipad deck on the main Polsat TV building in Warsaw. Scope included the installation of a steel support structure at a height of +65 metres, with execution planned around advanced safety controls and the constraints of a live urban location. Following completion, the reinforced rooftop structure was prepared to accommodate aircraft with a maximum operating weight of up to 7 tonnes, with works completed under controlled site conditions.
