Larget delivers selected CSA interface packages for Data Centre and industrial projects, including fit-out works, passive fire protection, sandwich panel systems, reinforced concrete structures and industrial flooring. Our role is to coordinate practical, installation-ready scopes that support buildability, QA/QC and reliable handover.
Sandwich Panel Systems
Larget supplies and installs Kingspan and Ruukki sandwich panel systems for Data Centre and industrial projects. We coordinate set-outs, openings, trims and interfaces early, delivering clean, compliant installations with documented QA/QC. The result is durable envelope solutions that support safe site execution and on-programme timeline delivery.
Fit-Out Works
Installation-ready fit-out packages for Data Centre and industrial environments, including partitions, technical walls, ceilings, surface finishes, interface detailing, QA/QC records and documented handover.
Passive Fire Protection
Passive fire protection for Data Centre and industrial projects. Using tested Hilti and Promat systems, we deliver fire-rated partitions, compartmentation and fire stopping across service penetrations and structural interfaces. Scope includes penetration seals and intumescent coatings for structural steel to support fire and smoke containment and meet project fire safety requirements.
Reinforced Concrete Structures
Under the Construction Services Agreement (CSA), we design, supply and install reinforced concrete packages, including foundations and prefabricated RC elements, aligned to the project programme and interface requirements. Works can be delivered as a standalone package or, for selected industrial projects, as part of our General Contractor (Design & Build) scope—complete with coordination, QA/QC and handover documentation.
Industrial Flooring Solutions
Larget delivers industrial flooring solutions designed for high loads and long service life. We design and install mechanically resistant concrete floor slabs using carefully specified mixes and reinforcement, matched to the operational requirements of the facility. Surface performance is achieved through controlled finishing and dry-shake hardeners where specified, with joints and tolerances managed to support reliable day-to-day use.
