General Contractor

We deliver both design and construction, backed by our in-house engineering capability and proven experience as a General Contractor.
This combination allows us to support selected projects end-to-end — from concept development and technical design through procurement, construction delivery, commissioning and final handover.

We align design decisions with buildability and site constraints early, using BIM-led coordination to manage interfaces across CSA and MEP packages. Federated models, clash reviews and structured issue tracking help close out technical queries before they reach site, reducing RFIs and preventing late-stage redesign. Where tie-ins to existing assets are required, 3D scanning and reverse engineering support accurate set-outs and interface detailing.

Design output is developed with execution in mind: connection details, installation sequences, access and maintenance clearances, lifting and logistics constraints, and inspection/ITP requirements. This ensures fabrication and site teams work from the same, installation-ready information — improving first-time-right delivery and reducing rework.

On the delivery side, we support procurement planning, package coordination and site execution with clear scope ownership and defined handover deliverables. Progress is managed through agreed inspection points and documentation packs aligned to project requirements, supporting programme timelines and deadlines in fast-track environments. Where required, we can also support permitting inputs, construction management and warranty obligations as part of the delivery model.
