Turnkey Leak Protection

Leak Protection for Data Centre

Larget delivers turnkey leak protection solutions for data centre and mission-critical environments, combining bespoke stainless steel drip trays with point and linear leak detection systems.

As part of an authorised cooperation with AndelLeak , a specialist provider of leak detection solutions, we support project teams with practical, installation-ready packages that help identify, contain and control liquid-related risks before they affect critical infrastructure.

Our scope covers the design coordination, supply, fabrication and installation of internal and external drip trays, integrated with leak detection where required. Solutions are developed around real site conditions, including cooling equipment, pipework routes, plant rooms, electrical areas, underfloor spaces, ceiling voids and maintenance access requirements.

The result is a coordinated leak protection package that supports uptime, operational resilience and clean handover documentation for data centre operators, General Contractors and MEP teams.

Turnkey Scope

Our role is focused on practical delivery at the interface between metalwork, MEP systems and operational risk control.

Larget can support the package from early coordination through to site installation, including:

  • site-specific drip tray design coordination
  • stainless steel fabrication and supply
  • internal and external drip tray installation
  • integration with point and linear leak detection systems
  • coordination with MEP routes, supports and equipment layouts
  • drainage, fall and access considerations
  • QA/QC records and handover documentation
  • installation in live, fast-track and mission-critical environments

This approach allows leak protection to be treated as a coordinated construction package rather than a late-stage accessory.

Why It Matters

Modern data centres rely on extensive cooling, pipework, power and monitoring infrastructure. Even a minor leak can create operational risk when it occurs near electrical systems, IT equipment, plant rooms or concealed service zones.

Larget’s drip tray and leak detection packages are designed to help teams:

  • contain leaks at source
  • detect liquid presence early
  • reduce the spread of water, glycol, oil or condensate
  • protect critical infrastructure
  • support BMS-connected monitoring strategies where required
  • improve inspection, maintenance and handover readiness
  • reduce interface risk between CSA, MEP and operations teams

For data centre environments, effective leak protection is not only about containment. It is about coordinated prevention, early detection and reliable response.

Andel leak detection system components

Control & Alarm Panels

Larget integrates ANDEL control panels and modules into turnkey leak protection packages for data centre environments. From single-zone modules to multi-zone and hybrid systems, the panels monitor water, oil and gas leak sensors, as well as temperature and humidity where required. They support local alarms, remote display, relay outputs and BMS integration, helping teams locate risk early and coordinate a controlled response.

Detection & Signal Cables

Larget integrates ANDEL detection cables into turnkey leak protection packages for data centre environments. Installed in drip trays, raised floors, ceiling voids and along pipework routes, the cables provide continuous linear monitoring for early detection of liquid presence. Combined with ANDEL control panels, they help identify the affected zone, trigger alarms and support faster operational response before leaks affect critical infrastructure.

Sensors & Alarm Devices

Larget integrates ANDEL sensors and alarm devices into turnkey leak protection packages for data centre environments. The system can monitor water and oil leaks, as well as temperature and humidity where required. Connected with ANDEL control panels, sensors and local alarms help detect risk early, identify the affected zone and support a fast operational response before critical infrastructure is affected.

Drip Trays & Leak Detection

Larget supplies and installs stainless steel drip trays designed to capture leaks, condensation and controlled liquid discharge in critical technical areas.

Each tray can be configured to suit the application, with welded seams, formed falls, drain points, inspection access and interface details coordinated with surrounding MEP systems. Where required, drip trays can be combined with point or linear leak detection to provide early warning, localised monitoring and clear operational response.

Typical applications include:

  • cooling units, CRAC / CRAH and HVAC equipment
  • pipework, pumps and valves
  • plant rooms and technical corridors
  • electrical and switch rooms
  • underfloor and ceiling voids
  • external plant areas and service zones
  • generator and fuel-related environments where liquid containment is required

By combining physical containment with detection technology, Larget helps project teams move beyond a single-product approach and deliver a complete leak protection solution.
