Data Centre
Coordinated CSA & MEP Delivery (Steel-led)
Coordinated CSA and MEP support for data centre and industrial builds — delivered as integrated packages. We work alongside General Contractors and project teams to manage interfaces from engineering and BIM coordination through fabrication, supply, logistics and site installation, with clear ownership of scope, sequence and handover deliverables.
CSA scope covers structural and secondary steelwork, equipment supports and frames, access and maintenance elements, technical ceilings, sandwich panel systems, partitions and selected specialist fit-out packages. We provide shop drawings and connection details, coordinate protective systems to project requirements (corrosion protection and fire-rated treatments where specified), and align QA/QC documentation to support buildability, traceability and efficient installation on site.
MEP interface support focuses on the areas that typically drive risk and rework: builders works coordination, penetrations and openings, embedded plates, sleeves and set-outs, containment and plant support steel, and interface detailing at walls, floors, ceilings and panel systems. We coordinate installation sequencing with the trade programme, provide interface registers where required, and ensure details are resolved early so MEP routes, access clearances and maintenance zones remain achievable.
Fire strategy interface (as part of the package): where required by the project fire strategy, we execute fire-rated compartmentation details and penetration sealing using specified systems (e.g., Hilti / Promat). This includes high-volume sealing at service penetrations and interfaces, delivered to agreed inspection points and handover requirements.
Delivery model: BIM-led coordination — supported by 3D scanning / reverse engineering where needed — to reduce clashes, improve buildability, minimise rework and protect programme timelines and deadlines across fast-track, mission-critical projects. Our delivery approach is informed by hands-on manufacturing and site execution experience, with tight control of logistics, lifting/installation readiness and interface quality on site.
Typical deliverables include:
- coordinated drawings/models and interface set-outs (CSA/MEP)
- fabrication packs, installation method statements and QA/ITP records
- protective treatment specs and certification (where applicable)
- penetration/opening schedules and interface sign-off packs
- as-built documentation aligned to handover requirements
