as a subcontractor for TSL
Scope of Work includes:
- supply of structural steel for façades, gantry area, access platforms, walkways, and goalposts,
- comprehensive CSA support across the campus with a target capacity of 300 MW,
- design and structural calculations for steel structures,
- fabrication, delivery, and on-site installation, meeting the highest standards of quality
and safety.

as a subcontractor for Winthrop
Scope of Work – Support in MEP & CSA
- installation of air curtains between chillers,
- fabrication of large drip trays under chillers,
- installation of internal drip trays under cooling systems,
- installation of vibration isolators,
- positioning of chiller units.
Within the CSA scope, we provided support in the design, fabrication, delivery, and installation of steel platforms between generator barriers, as well as other supporting works, including the installation of flood barriers.

as a subcontractor for Mercury
The scope of work entrusted to us by the General Contractor, Mercury, was fully aligned with Larget’s CSA & MEP Support business model.
Our team designed, manufactured, and delivered canopies and air curtains between chillers to enhance aerodynamics and cooling system efficiency. Additional works included the supply of mesh cages in transformer rooms, protection of technological ducts in electrical switchgear rooms, and the design and delivery of a switchgear enclosure, as well as various steel structure, acoustic panel, and sandwich wall installations and dismantling activities.
Globalworth
as a General Contractor
Hala Koszyki is a historic restaurant complex located in the heart of Warsaw, widely recognized as a prime venue for business gatherings.
As part of the project, Larget executed the modernization of the mezzanine in the central section of the facility, effectively increasing the leasable area.
Given the building’s heritage status, all works were carried out exclusively at night under the supervision of a conservation officer.
The scope included the expansion of the existing steel structure and the modification of telecommunication and ventilation systems.
Pepsico
as a General Contractor
Technical Building for a Food Industry Production Plant. Larget completed a comprehensive construction of a technical building located within the premises of a production facility owned by an international corporation in the food industry.
The scope of work included foundation construction, delivery and installation of the steel structure, façades, roofs, and entrance gates.
Additionally, Larget executed the power connection and full electrical installations, ensuring high reliability and operational safety of the technical infrastructure.
IKEA Warsaw | Targowek
as a General Contractor
Larget carried out comprehensive works inside a commercial facility. The scope included the demolition and reconstruction of reinforced concrete slab sections, installation of a steel structure, and construction of temporary fire-protection walls up to 14 meters high using the Promat system. Additionally, a new concrete slab was built above an operating store, expansion joints were sealed, and system floor expansion joints were installed. All works were performed at night using specialized indoor equipment, including spider cranes, ensuring safe and uninterrupted store operation.

as a subcontractor for Mercury | Holden
As part of a subcontracting agreement, Larget executed a comprehensive project that included the development of design documentation, structural calculations, supply, and installation of steel frame structures for internal doors with EI60 fire resistance.
The scope covered prefabrication and precise installation of structural components adapted to door leaves weighing between 90 and 150 kilograms, carried out in full compliance with the highest quality and safety standards.

As part of the CSA package, Larget supported the General Contractor in façade works, the supply of additional steel components, and various operational tasks essential for the timely delivery of the project.
Within the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing
(MEP)
scope, the company supplied ABB transformer enclosures, COUL wall penetrations, and executed several hundred fire-rated openings
in sandwich panels.
All activities were coordinated to ensure adherence to the project schedule and compliance with the highest safety and quality standards.

As part of phases 2 and 3 of the adaptation of existing halls in Warsaw,
Larget executed entire
CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural)
package.
The scope included the design and supply of secondary steel structures in generator and data hall areas, installation of sandwich panels, ventilation louvers, mesh walls, slab reinforcements, and fire-rated drywall partitions. The works also involved creating and fire-sealing several hundred openings in both existing and newly constructed walls.
The project then included internal mesh partitions and rooftop separation zones between chillers.

We have completed the installation of external drip trays under large cooling units.
The project also included the design, delivery, and installation of internal drip trays located beneath cooling units and process pipelines.
Additionally, we delivered and installed mechanical solutions that prevent uncontrolled spills of technological fluids from power generators, ensuring full system safety and reliability.

As part of a Data Center project, Larget, acting as a subcontractor, delivered and installed drip tray systems in electrical rooms, providing comprehensive support in design, prefabrication, and installation. All solutions were executed in accordance with the proven CSA Support model, ensuring high quality, efficiency, and technical consistency.
In addition, Larget designed, supplied, and installed a DOG BOX steel structure package dedicated to the enclosure of MEP installations at roof level.
Hutchinson
as a General Contractor
Project completed in the Design & Build formula.
As part of the assignment, Larget developed complete technical documentation and obtained all required administrative approvals in compliance with Polish construction law, resulting in a building permit for a storage yard for production components at one of Hutchinson’s facilities. The scope of works included the construction of a multi-layer substructure and a reinforced concrete slab equipped with a container guidance system. The project was finalized with all necessary administrative approvals and official acceptance for use.
Polsat TV
as a Contractor
Larget successfully completed a project involving the reinforcement of a helipad deck with a steel structure on the main building of Poland’s largest private television network, located in the heart of Warsaw.
The works were performed at a height of +65 meters with the implementation of advanced safety measures.
As a result of the reinforcement, the rooftop can now accommodate aircraft with a maximum weight of up to 7 tons.
